Goat Lady Dairy is located on 60 rolling acres in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina (Randolph County south of Greensboro). We have our own herd of 50 Saanen, Nubian and Alpine dairy goats. We also purchase milk from other local farms. All of these farms use a carefully controlled diet of pure legumes, grasses and grain to produce the fresh milk which is the "secret" of our handmade cheeses. Like a fine vintage wine from a small vineyard, all our cheeses have a special flavor with subtle qualities found only in local dairies.
