Goat Lady Dairy is located on 60 rolling acres in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina (Randolph County south of Greensboro). We carefully hand craft our cheeses from the combined herd of our 50 Saanen, Nubian and Alpine dairy goats with the 60 dairy goats at Wilderness Trail Dairy also in Randolph County. The goat care and milking happens there and all the cheesemaking is done at Goat Lady. We also purchase organic cow milk from Lindale Organic Dairy to produce some of our raw milk aged cheeses. Like a fine vintage wine from a small vineyard, all our hand made cheeses have a special flavor with subtle qualities found only in local dairies.
