Split Creek Farm LLC, owned by Evin J. Evans and Patricia Bell, is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains' scenic foothills of South Carolina. We became a commercial Grade A goat dairy in 1985. A small scale cheese operation started in 1988. Our goats, cheeses and fudge have won numerous awards. With our herd of about 275 mostly Nubian goats, our main focus is herd health for the production of quality dairy products. We never use hormones in our herd, nor do we use herbicides or pesticides on the pastures. We are committed to producing an all-natural product.
